Campaign/Project Co-ordinator

Volume works with big brands on global projects. Ensuring that these projects are delivered on time and as smoothly as possible is paramount, and Project Co-ordinators are central to achieving this. Working between the different departments within Volume, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring and driving projects from inception to completion. Communications and planning will be your forte and you will be able to build relationships and generate trust quickly, bringing together teams from across the company. Your position at the centre of a project will give you the insight to advise on any possible issues and impacts, and to understand the balance between control of budget and ability to deliver.
You will maintain all documentation associated with the running of the project. This will include project plans, risk logs, change logs and all related briefs and specifications. You will be sensitive to the working processes of other departments, and able to work with them to allocate time and resource to individual tasks, following up and driving through tasks as necessary. Human Resources Administrator

As Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the senior management team in areas of recruitment, induction, maintaining personnel records, assisting with the appraisal process, arranging external and internal training and exit interviews.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in the implementation of the HR Management System, and to provide regular updates to ensure accurate HR records for all employees are maintained. You will be required to liaise with recruitment agencies and arrange interviews on behalf of the management team, prepare written offers and contracts and arrange the induction programme for new hires. You will also be responsible for documentation including changes to contracts, policies, employee handbook etc, the management of staff benefits and will work with the social committee to arrange activities for staff. You must have good interpersonal and communication skills, be organised and have good attention to detail. Experience in a similar role within an agency environment is advantageous.
